Terms and Conditions📜General1. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.2. I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason, including content that does not align with my style, capabilities, or personal values.💲Payment3. Payment is required [fully upfront / 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% before delivery].4. Payments are accepted via PayPal and GCash only.5. All prices are final unless discounts or promotions are explicitly offered.6. For commercial-use commissions, an additional commercial-use fee will apply. This fee varies depending on the scope of use (see "Commercial Use" below).📝Refunds and Cancellations7. If you cancel the commission before I have started, you are eligible for a full refund.9. No refunds will be issued once the commission is completed and delivered.10. If I cannot complete the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.📝Process and Revisions11. Clear and detailed references, descriptions, or inspiration materials must be provided when requesting a commission.12. I will provide updates during key stages of the process (e.g., sketch, line art, base coloring).13. Revisions are allowed as follows:Major revisions (e.g., changes to composition or poses) are permitted during the sketch stage only.Minor revisions (e.g., color adjustments, small details) are permitted during subsequent stages.Any additional revisions outside of the above may incur extra charges.📩Delivery15. The final artwork will be delivered digitally in the agreed format (e.g., PNG, JPEG). No physical copies will be provided.16. Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the work and my current schedule. Estimated delivery time will be discussed before starting.17. Rush commissions may be accepted for an additional fee, depending on availability.©️Usage and Copyright👤Personal Use18. You are allowed to:Use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes only (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers, social media posts).Share the artwork online with proper credit to me as the creator (e.g., tagging or linking to my account).❌❌19. You are NOT allowed to:Claim the artwork as your own.Alter or edit the artwork without my permission.👥Commercial Use20. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:Using the artwork for merchandise (e.g., prints, stickers, apparel).Using the artwork for branding (e.g., logos, advertisements, packaging).Using the artwork for monetized content (e.g., videos, streams, books).21. Commercial-use commissions require an additional fee, which varies based on the scale of use22. Exclusive rights (preventing me from using the artwork for any purpose) may be purchased for an additional fee.23. Unauthorized use of the artwork for commercial purposes without payment of the commercial-use fee is prohibited and may result in legal action.✔️Artist Rights24. I retain full copyright and ownership of all commissioned artwork unless exclusive rights are purchased.25. I may use the commissioned artwork for portfolio purposes, promotional materials, or social media posts unless otherwise agreed upon.❌Prohibited Content26. I will not create the following:Explicit NSFW content.Hateful, discriminatory, or illegal content.Highly detailed or hyper-realistic works (if not within my skill set).27.
